If you requested a password reset but did not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder and try searching for the subject line “Your reset password link”. If you have made multiple requests to reset your password, please make sure to click on the last email confirmation you received. Every time you request a password reset, the previous confirmation emails are invalidated. Only the link in the last email would work.
