I have counseled adults for over 14 years in multiple treatment settings and have a private practice in NJ. I am licensed in both NJ and NY and am trained in mood and anxiety disorders. My practice is grounded in psychodynamic theory. I am also furthering my training in psychodynamic psychotherapy through the Contemporary Freudian Society in NYC.
I believe it is important to be heard, seen, validated, and understood. We need to feel purposeful and that we matter. We can't change difficult situations of the past, but we can work together to better understand them, help you heal, and to resolve current challenges.
