Our invitation is to move toward freedom. In the safety of therapy, we will welcome your fullest self. We will shine a light on the hidden places that you may not have been free to explore. We’ll acknowledge the barriers you have faced and seek ways to empower you to move toward fulness.
Our work will be based on the relationship that you and I form: a deep and trusting relationship that uses gentleness and acceptance to invite you to honor your deepest needs. Here it is safe to be curious and playful, to cry, to be angry, to express your full human experience.
I draw on trainings in EMDR, AEDP, IFS, CBT, and mindfulness practices. This trauma informed social justice lens allows us to create a safe environment that supports exploration and offers you the invitation to be fully yourself.
Together, we will acknowledge your past experiences while holding space for your strengths and hopes.
