I am a clinical psychologist in Columbus Circle. I use psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapies to help patients move beyond roadblocks towards personal growth. I see patients across the lifespan to work through some of the most personal and intimate struggles in their lives. I am also a faculty member in the Clinical PhD Program at Fordham University specializing in supervision and training. At Fordham I teach graduate level courses and oversee the Training Clinic.

One of my specializations is in maternal health. I enjoy supporting women and families pre and postnatally. My practice offers psychotherapy and parent coaching/ consultation for expecting, new and seasoned parents.  I offer in-home, online and in-office consultation for postpartum initial consultations to eliminate some of the barriers to seeking support.
Some issues I often work with:

  • Concerns about becoming a parent
  • Postpartum blues, depression or anxiety
  • Sleep issues
  • Feeding issues
  • Sibling adjustment to a new baby
  • Single parenting
  • Spousal conflict or tension
  • Work transition *
