Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Clinical Social Work/Therapist
From a collaborative and strength-based approach, I work with individuals, couples and families to enrich and deepen their connections to those who matter most. Utilizing my extensive post-graduate training at the Ackerman Institute for the Family, I work from a relational approach to strengthen and clarify relationships between couples and family members. I focus on resolving issues related to breakdowns in communication and life transitions including marriage, separation/divorce, illness, loss, pregnancy and the birth of a new child. I believe that through therapy, ruptures can be repaired, and couples and families can navigate tumultuous times with greater ease and grace, leading to greater intimacy and connection. With compassion and empathy, I practice with the philosophy that people make positive change when they feel empowered, hopeful, and understood by the people closest to them.
