Catherine (She/Her) is an individual’s and couple’s therapist based in New York City. She helps her clients to understand themselves and their reactions to help them create and maintain healthy relationships.

Catherine aims to provide a space where you can feel understood and validated, and know that you are not alone. She specializes in working with adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and body image. She also aids in navigating sexual health, identity development, self-esteem, and habit development. Her practice is rooted in LGBTQIA+ affirming, body positive, sex positive, and anti-racist care. She is experienced in working with clients who are trans, nonbinary, and/or polyamorous. She also has experience working with survivors of sexual assault.

Catherine studied at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work for her Master’s Degree in Social Work, and the University of Leeds for a Master’s Degree in Health Psychology. Her studies have shaped her unique approach to therapy that is rooted in habit formation and mindfulness techniques. Her goal is to help you accomplish your goals.
