I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both New York State and Connecticut. I earned my Masters degree at The Silver School of Social Work at New York University.

Prior to joining Perennial Wellness, I was a clinical social worker at the Rebecca School, an independent therapeutic day school in New York City. In this role, I utilized evidence-based treatments in my work with children and adolescents who had difficulties communicating and relating. In addition, I provided clinical intervention and coaching for mothers confronting the multifaceted demands of raising a child with special needs.

In my clinical practice, I am passionate about working with parents around a broad continua of parenting-related concerns. I have specialized training in supporting parents who have a child with a developmental disability or who is on the autism spectrum.

I also have a special interest in women’s mental health. I have a particular interest in working with women in their 20’s and 30’s who are navigating shifts in identity, life transitions, and career and relationship concerns. I also specialize in treating the anxiety and mood disorders that emerge for women in these contexts.

I am also passionate about working with women in the peripartum period. I have advanced training in the treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders through the Seleni Institute in New York City. I also serve in the capacity of Mental Health Specialist for Expectful in their Mother’s Circle program. In this role, I co-facilitate support groups for new mothers wherein I cover topics pertinent to postpartum adjustment and mental health.
