I believe in our inherent wisdom and ability to heal. Working from a place of curiosity, together we can navigate your unique healing process.
As a therapist who’s also a trained yoga teacher, I understand that by tuning into our bodies, we can uncover our path to internal knowledge and deepen our connection with others. I integrate a foundation of mindfulness and encourage the exploration of both the light and dark that inhabit our internal landscapes. Together we will uncover how outdated beliefs may obstruct your personal growth, and how through shifting beliefs, it becomes possible to change behaviors that are no longer serving you.
I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University. Prior to working in private practice, I worked with eating disorders at both the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient levels of care.
