Helen is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in psychotherapy for individuals and couples, with a special focus on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. She has extensive experience treating adolescents, adults, and couples, and practices from a psychodynamic perspective. She is warm but direct, and embraces curiosity in her work.
She received her BA from Wellesley College, her MSW from the Silver School of Social Work at NYU, and additional psychoanalytic training at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy.
