As a psychotherapist with advanced training in Internal Family Systems as well as mindfulness based and trauma informed therapies, it is my belief that the answers for change and the resources for healing are within you, waiting to be uncovered. Together we can explore ways for you to access this resilience and put your emotional energy to better use, gaining new skills and understanding. I can help you untangle what stops you from feeling grounded and calm, whether that is mind chatter that takes up too much headspace, body held tension, or emotions that are shut down or dialed up too high. Together we will listen and connect with all parts of you so that you can feel more balanced and have greater clarity.
