I am an LCSW and relationship expert with Post Graduate training in Psychoanalysis as well as Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. My approach is proactive and solution based. My style is warm, compassionate and interactive. I have over 20 years experience successfully helping people improve their emotional well being, enhance their ability to engage in interpersonal relationships, and to provide them with the necessary tools to take control of their lives.

Are you feeling Anxious? Depressed? Suffering from a Poor Self Image? Having difficulty with Relationships? I can help. Using a compassionate, nonjudgemental, and interactive style, I will help you to identify and overcome emotional and behavioral problems. I will work with you to understand why you may unknowingly be repeating frustrating patterns of behavior that interfere with your ability to reach your desired goals. I believe in helping you reach your goals by building confidence, helping you to regain or develop a sense of purpose, and to communicate more effectively.

I use a supportive and insight oriented approach that draws upon a variety of treatment methods. These methods are tailored to match your particular needs. Together, we will work on overcoming the negative thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are interfering with your happiness. Choosing the right therapist is an important decision, and a good fit is essential to make progress.

I consider myself a relationship expert. I have extensive experience assisting individuals and couples to improve their awareness as well as helping them understand the negative relationship patterns that keep them stuck in a cycle of anger, frustration, sadness, and fear. I also help people learn how to connect with others and form healthy and rewarding relationships. My experience includes working with the LGBTQ community.
