I am a licensed psychologist and executive coach, with a focus on advancement and job transitions. My private practice is located in the Flatiron District, where I work mostly with high potential managers and executives. I earned my doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University. Prior to opening my private practice, I worked in various college career counseling centers supporting students in the transition from students to professionals. I have appeared in outlets such as The New York Times, Forbes, Huffington Post, NBCNews and Insight Into Diversity. I have served as an invited speaker at many conferences and regularly consult to organizations in supporting their employees and senior management teams on communication, team cohesion and managing conflict.
