I am a licensed clinical social worker who has postgraduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy from the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy. I graduated with a Master of Social Work from Fordham University in 2009.
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, relationship and work stress and issues related to cultural assimilation. I am originally from Israel so one area of specialization is the immigration experience and issues that arise related to leaving one’s home country and adjusting to life in the United States. I accept Aetna, BCBS and Cigna and I offer sessions in Hebrew.
I integrate different treatment modalities such as Psychodynamic, Relational, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindfulness techniques.
