I believe in the resilience of the human spirit. My goal is to create a safe space that facilitates self-exploration and personal growth. Through a strengths-based, culturally sensitive and client-centered approach to therapy, I help clients construct and navigate a path toward healing and wellbeing that honors their individual needs and objectives.

I specialize in the treatment of trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement. As a leadership and career coach, I work with millennials seeking to find purpose in their work to become more effective and inspiring leaders.

I have a Master’s in Mental Health and Wellness from New York University, where I trained to become a counselor and psychotherapist. I completed my clinical internship at Mt. Sinai-St. Luke’s Crime Victims Treatment Center, where I worked with survivors of trauma such as interpersonal violence, sexual assault, child sexual abuse, and human trafficking.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a management consultant and executive coach. I have a Ph.D. in Management from Columbia University, where I studied organizational and social psychology with a focus on the role of social identity in human behavior, and a B.S. from Cornell University.
