Rachel Sullivan

Robin Zachary is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over thirty years of experience treating adults in both individual and couples therapy. She brings expertise in the treatment of trauma, having been on staff in various leadership roles, at the Victims of Violence Program at Cambridge Hospital/Harvard Medical School for twenty five years. Her work is grounded in a psychodynamic, relational approach, with the ability to weave in EMDR, hypnotherapy, sensory-motor, internal family systems, and mindfulness techniques. Robin earned her MSW at Smith College.

Shira Kafker

Dr. Kafker specializes in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), which helps families strengthen relationships and teaches caregivers to be the therapist at home and effectively manage their young children's difficult behaviors. In addition to PCIT, she is highly experienced with and passionate about working with adolescents and adults to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified group psychotherapist trained in CBT with a specialty in treating individuals struggling with addiction and people experiencing infertility. I use an eclectic and collaborative approach to treating each of my unique clients. I incorporate CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and traditional talk therapy in my treatment.
I was trained at Columbia University where I received a Master's of Social Work. I then went on to complete a postgraduate advanced clinical practice certificate program at NYU.

Dr. DeMairo received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the New School and completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Motherhood Center of New York. She received a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) and specializes in loss and infertility as well as mother-infant psychotherapies. She is licensed in NY, NJ, CT, and FL and offers virtual and in-person services in Manhattan and Westchester.

Patricia J. Moscou

Psychologist, Ph.D.

Trained in the tradition of psychodynamic psychotherapy, I spent many years initially treating patients with severe and persistent psychiatric disorders and eventually teaching and supervising in the residency and psychology internship programs at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. After some additional years doing administrative work for the NYS Office of Mental Health (several facilities), I switched my focus from a public health perspective to independent practice, continuing my work individually with adults as well as with couples and families. Although my primary orientation toward psychopathology and treatment continues to be psychodynamic, I occasionally integrate some cognitive behavioral tools into the psychotherapy; I was certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy when the treatment was initiated at the facility in which I was an administrator.

I enjoy working with parents of special needs kids, including PDA, (Pathological Demand Avoidance) and have lived experience raising my own neurodivergent children.
