Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
As a psychotherapist, I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families who are experiencing an array of life transitions, social stressors, anxiety, depression and conflicts in relationships and friendships. It can be challenging for children as they enter adolescence and experience new life situations. I work with my clients to provide effective and productive coping skills that they can use when navigating their busy day to day lives. My mission is to help clients reach their therapeutic goals.
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
I am passionate about supporting you to be free from fear and anxiety, align to inner guidance, develop nourishing relationships, and make choices from a place of love, curiosity, and possibility. I’ve supported individuals struggling with anxiety, panic, life transitions, relationship issues, and questions of meaning and purpose.
My experience as a therapist includes working with recently immigrated youth, high school and college students, and individuals of all ages, identities, and backgrounds in community mental health. Before training as a therapist, I worked in international women’s rights, food justice, and bilingual education. I draw from psychodynamic, relational, somatic, mindfulness, and compassion-based approaches.
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
I work with clients experiencing anxiety issues in all its forms including depression, perfectionism, avoidance, eating disorders, obsessive/compulsive behaviors and self esteem issues. My approach to therapy is simple: a relationship built on trust and value can change your life. I have worked with clients for nearly 10 years to build these kinds of relationships, inside and outside of the room. Using this relationship I help clients manage difficult and big emotions, and help navigate new or sudden changes as they arise.
