Michelle Joaquin

I am bilingual (English/Spanish) and bicultural psychologist with over ten years of experience working with individuals of varying ages and life experiences. I am licensed in New York and California, United States, as well as Ontario, Canada. Many of my clients experience difficulty finding joy or feeling connected to others after experiencing a sudden life change or trauma. Many of my clients are also working professionals who struggle with managing stress in their everyday lives. I am particularly sensitive to clients dealing with symptoms of anxiety, trauma, depression and moments of transition such as breakups, work-related issues and family conflicts. I have specialized training and expertise in trauma.

Rachel Khints

Mental Health Counselor, LMHC, CASAC-T

Rachel Khints specializes in treating substance use addiction, love addiction, codependence and those affected by childhood trauma. She takes a harm-reduction approach with regards to treating substance abuse issues. She does both individual and family work for those clients struggling with chemical addictions and the loved ones affected by it. Her experience extends beyond addiction, as she is also versed in handling treating mood disorders, other impulse disorders, crisis and trauma. She takes an integrated approach to treatment, pulling from cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and motivational interviewing. She has worked with older adolescents, adults, couples, families, and has facilitated several supportive processing and recovery oriented groups. Rachel has particular interest in the therapeutic use of mindfulness meditation, holistic wellness and the emotional-body connection, utilizing mindfulness based as well as somatic interventions in her work.

I take an action oriented approach and use Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT) as well as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to help my clients improve their lives so that we can get to what's underneath.

Aditi Verma De

Aditi assists clients with organizing and improving their lives by identifying and differentiating between maladaptive behaviors, thoughts, feelings and patterns, overcoming obstacles, and making manageable but meaningful changes throughout the therapeutic process. Aditi utilizes a multi-cultural framework to work with clients struggling with codependence, relationship conflict, building a healthy self-image and confidence, acculturation and third culture identity formation, and mood fluctuations. I am a trauma-focused therapist who works with children, adolescents and adults. I am licensed in NY, NJ and CT. My training and certifications include EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), CBT, DBT, Nonviolent Communication, RLT, and Sandplay Therapy. I am also oriented towards treating chronic pain or dizziness through the mind/body approach, Nervous System Reset.

Together, we will work to increase insight, emotional safety and self-compassion to heal the traumatic wounds that keep you from living your life to its fullest.

Christina Fiorvanti

Dr. Christina Fiorvanti is a licensed psychologist in NY and DC specializing in perinatal mental health and infant and early childhood mental health. Dr. Fiorvanti supports individuals and families in their journey of preparing to become parents or welcome a baby through the childhood years, with all the joys and challenges along the way. She has expertise in parent-child relationships, child behavior, development, special needs, sleep, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Dr. Fiorvanti utilizes attachment/relationship-focused interventions alongside behavioral, cognitive behavioral, and ACT approaches. She will work collaboratively with you to find an approach and format that works best for your family's needs.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist practicing virtually in PA, NY, and the PSYPACT states. I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults (16+) manage anxiety, depression, perinatal/postpartum concerns/fertility issues, emotion dysregulation, increase pleasure and mastery, and feel more confident engaging in their everyday lives. I have intensive training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I utilize evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT, DBT, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma treatments such as prolonged exposure (PE) and cognitive processing therapy (CPT) to help clients live more fulfilling lives, become unstuck, and build a life worth living.

I'm also a certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International and have completed additional training in perinatal loss and BIPOC maternal mental health.
