I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 3 years of postgraduate training in Relational Family Therapy, both for couples and families. I specialize in working with same sex couples. In addition, I have 20+ years experience providing mental health care to individuals.

My clinical work is grounded in disability justice & the neurodiversity paradigm. Taken together, these movements teach us that diversity of bodies & brains are essential to the human experience. I specialize in complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, identity exploration & transitional stress. I have a particular passion for working with performers, including dancers, actors & other creatives, as well as athletes.

Dr. Basha Silver is a New York State licensed clinical psychologist. Dr. Silver earned a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology-Yeshiva University and a B.A. from Colgate University. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety (e.g. social anxiety, OCD, panic, generalized anxiety) and depression. She has particular interest in addressing the unique mental health needs of women, such as reproductive-related concerns (e.g. infertility, pregnancy, PMADs) as well as a multitude of other life stressors, including relationship stressors and navigating challenging family dynamics. In addition, she also specializes in working with young adults around issues such as the transition from college, early career anxieties, and dating concerns.

Dr. Koenig-Dzialowski is a board certified adult psychiatrist practicing in New York and New Jersey. She provides comprehensive and highly personalized mental health services, including psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.

In a world with narrow expectations for how our brains and bodies should function, it’s easy to feel overlooked or misunderstood when you don’t fit these molds. I hold a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from New York University and am certified in EMDR and tapping and have training in CBT & DBT. Dr. Fajardo is a group practice founder and individual adult and couples psychotherapist. Dr. Fajardo is bi-coastal working both in the New York City area (inclusive of New Jersey) and in Seattle. Her training roots her firmly in psychodynamic psychotherapy, but she has also been trained in group and systems (family and corporate) psychotherapy via the Tavistock Institute as well as braiding ACT, kinetic experiences, and feminism into her practice.
