I have extensive experience working with clients ages 18 and up for Individual Therapy as well as Group Therapy. I have experience working with Individuals experiencing a variety of struggles. These struggles include- trauma, grief, addiction, depression, anxiety, shame, loneliness, self-esteem, and managing anger, among others.
