As a Black, Queer, Femme, I know that a person can hold many identities, some more front-facing than others. The way we hold and view ourselves (or are viewed by others) can often be accompanied by feelings of guilt, shame, anxiety and/or depression. Whether you are struggling with your mental health, your relationships, your own identity or a loved one’s, my goal is to establish an open and compassionate space for you to feel safe sharing your experiences. Together we will work to use your strengths to uncover, reconstruct or renew your capacity for self-love and build a supportive, enjoyable and sustainable way of life that works for you.
