I am a Columbia-trained Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in medication management for women’s-related psychiatric issues ranging from menses to menopause and everything in-between. I also see dads for male PMADs. Additional areas of interest include adult ADHD/executive dysfunction in adult professionals, acute mania, impulse control and psychotic disorders. In my private practice, Mindful Medication Psychiatry, I provide care virtually to patients in NY and NJ. In-person sessions can be arranged on an as-needed basis at locations throughout NY & NJ.

Rachel Khints

Rachel Khints specializes in treating substance use addiction, love addiction, codependence and those affected by childhood trauma. She takes a harm-reduction approach with regards to treating substance abuse issues. She does both individual and family work for those clients struggling with chemical addictions and the loved ones affected by it. Her experience extends beyond addiction, as she is also versed in handling treating mood disorders, other impulse disorders, crisis and trauma. She takes an integrated approach to treatment, pulling from cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and motivational interviewing. She has worked with older adolescents, adults, couples, families, and has facilitated several supportive processing and recovery oriented groups. Rachel has particular interest in the therapeutic use of mindfulness meditation, holistic wellness and the emotional-body connection, utilizing mindfulness based as well as somatic interventions in her work.

I have supervised multidisciplinary clinicians specialzing in the treatment of Substance Use and Mood Disorders, including Trauma informed therapies utilizing EMDR.
My practice hours are Monday - Friday with session times ranging from 9am-6pm depending on the weekday.

Since 2010, she has worked in a variety of settings pertaining to women’s mental health. Lindsay specializes in women's, maternal, and perinatal mental health. Additionally, she holds expertise in familial trauma and relationship issues. Currently, she maintains her private practice in lower Manhattan. She uses a variety of modalities including attachment focused, psychodynamic, relational, cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and mindfulness techniques. Lindsay is a bilingual therapist, serving both Spanish and English speaking clientele.
