I am a psychotherapist in New York working with adults who want to better understand themselves and move beyond patterns that feel difficult to change. I have particular experience working with emerging adults, the LGBTQIA+ community, personality disorders, complex trauma, and survivors of childhood abuse. I offer both virtual therapy and in-person sessions in Manhattan’s Financial District.
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, PhD, LCSW, CST
As a PhD-level clinician and Certified Sex Therapist, I specialize in a wide-range of sexual concerns, as well as complex relationship issues, infidelity, body image concerns, personality dynamics, parenting conflict, personality disorders and LGBTQIA+ issues. For over 20+ years, I have provided psychotherapy to individuals and couples throughout NYC and Long Island (in-person and remotely).
Clinical Social Work/Therapist
I am a licensed psychotherapist and trauma therapist serving clients in-person in NYC, and virtually in New York State and Connecticut. I work with individuals and couples who want to break cycles of intense emotional reactivity that can include: aggressive acting out (openly or in secret), infidelity, uncontrollable floods of tears or fits of rage, dissociation, or complete shutdowns. I use an eclectic and relational approach where I draw from EFT, IFS, and EMDR. I work well with those who crave authenticity, want to be "called out", and need to be sure they won't be judged.
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Your mental health care is important. Encouraging authenticity, inclusivity, and humor, we will collaborate to establish a foundation of trust and increased awareness. I utilize psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral therapy and somatic techniques along with mindfulness when appropriate to customize treatment to meet your needs. I want you to feel safe to bring your whole self to therapy, and to feel nurtured in the process. I know that connecting with a therapist can be a challenge, and I welcome a conversation to explore if we are a fit.

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW, BCD
I am a clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working directly with individuals. I provide individual therapy for adults. My goal in working with patients is to help them identify behaviors or thinking patterns that may be keeping them from reaching their full potential in all aspects of their lives. I work primarily from a psychodynamically informed perspective.
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
I work with high-functioning people who are quietly overwhelmed inside — the ones managing everyone else's needs while their own goes unattended. If your life looks fine but feels like bracing, performing, or waiting for the other shoe to drop, you're who I love working with. My focus is the gap between the self you present and who you actually are -where that split came from and what it's costing you. Whether it shows up as people-pleasing, over-functioning, anxious attachment, religious or family wounds, or a nervous system stuck "on," we go after the root, not just the symptom.
