Beginning the search for a therapist can feel overwhelming. It’s often a time when even simple decisions can feel uncertain, and choosing the right therapist is not easy. I encourage you to take your time as you explore this website and consider whether I might be someone you could come to trust. Even when things feel urgent, slowing down can help you find the right fit.

I believe that a therapeutic relationship is something that unfolds gradually, with space for both challenge and moments of lightness along the way.

A free consultation is a good place to begin.
