Elevate Medical (https://elevatemedical.org) is currently seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) to join our New York team to work in remotely. Our mission is to provide mental wellness that is affordable and accessible to everyone. We also believe that if our providers are happy, then our clients will be too. Hence, our first priority is on our providers, that they feel supported by the practice they choose to work with. This means you are in control of your work-life balance the way you would like to it to be, not the other way around. Want to work less? Want to work more? We also have a no rush policy so while we set parameters for intakes and follow-ups, if you would like it to be longer, you can adjust for the times. Also, we don’t expect you to be a jack-of-all trades, just do what you trained for—being the best Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner that you can possibly be and we’ll provide the administration and billing services so you just have to take care of your notes.
Manage your own schedule. You choose how many hours, weekday/weekend, day/evening hours because we know that everyone has different lives with other responsibilities, priorities and of course we encourage a good work-life balance.
Our billers will determine eligibility and benefits for prospective clients, (re)submit and follow-up on claims so that you do not have to worry about reimbursements. We will also assist in maximizing your profitability with each client by offering tips on optimizing how you bill.
Our support staff will answer/return calls for patient scheduling and other patient/pharmacy communications. They will proactively ensure that patient’s make their follow-up visit after their visit.
Inform of us what criteria your prospective clients would need to fulfill that you find intellectually challenging and are interested in treating. Our patient intake process is robust and can be adjusted in real time to allow you to balance the acuity and diagnoses of the patient population you are treating.
Work from home so there is no commute time and no concern with transmissibility
Intakes are 45-60 minutes and med management follow-ups are 25-30 minutes. If you prefer to combine med management visits with therapy sessions you may bill up to 60 minutes.
