This position is ideal for a self-motivated, entrepreneurially-minded psychologist who works well with a professional and motivated adult population. As private practice is highly autonomous, interested applicants should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work well independently. This is a part-time opportunity perfect for someone wanting to dip their feet into the private practice world with support - and there is room for growth to full-time status if desired. The position is also a good fit for candidates with prior training or advanced experience in integrating multicultural factors into therapy, as the practice provides diverse referrals. We are looking for gifted clinicians who enjoy being part of a team, creative problem-solving, personal/professional growth, and have a sense of humor. Prior private practice experience is encouraged, but not required. Licensed psychologists and BIPOC psychologists are especially encouraged to apply and will be given preference. Flexible start date.

Competitive fee for service compensation. Beautifully furnished office space and professional malpractice insurance is provided. New referral bonuses also awarded. No health care benefits are included. Partial reimbursement for professional development coursework and/or continuing education credits is offered if completed within the first six months of the contract and pending director approval. Freedom to set a schedule as preferred with one evening available. Group consultation is provided regularly with the clinical team for licensed psychologists. Weekly supervision in CBT and multicultural therapy provided to limited permit psychologists. Mentorship and support in the business, legal, and ethical components of developing a caseload and thriving in practice is provided on a quarterly basis.

Email a cover letter detailing interest and relevant clinical experience, CV, and three (3) letters of reference to Dr. Peggy Loo at with the subject heading “Fee for Service Staff Psychologist”.
