I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and Massachusetts. I provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and parents, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also offer exposure-based treatment for anxiety and obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), as well as Parent Management Training (PMT) to help parents effectively support and manage their child’s emotions and behaviors.

My clinical specialties include anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, ADHD, and stress related to life transitions and everyday challenges.

I opened my private practice in 2022, and my colleague, Abby Zisk, PhD, joined the practice in 2025. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychology in Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medical College, where I teach and supervise psychology and psychiatry trainees.
