I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I collaborate with clients to create an individualized plan, working together in a compassionate environment to better understand what they are experiencing with a focus on helping clients move through challenging times.

I come from a relational approach, placing particular emphasis on the impact that our relationships have on us and that our experiences have on our relationships. I have extensive experience working with individuals and families who are struggling with couples issues, parent-child relationships, dating and peer issues, trauma, and parenting and co-parenting.  I also work with couples who are experiencing issues related to pregnancy and the postpartum period.

I am currently in private practice in Westchester, NY, offering in-person psychotherapy and teletherapy. I have advanced certification in family and couples therapy from the Ackerman Institue for the Family, were I am currently a Teaching Fellow.  I also hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University.
