I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over twenty-five years of experience. I specialize in treating adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions and grief.
The fundamental core of my practice is the belief that each individual has the capacity for wisdom, growth and change with respect to his/her own life. I trust that the potential necessary for change is within each person, but this capacity may not always be evident or accessible. As a clinician, I believe that one of the most important components of psychotherapy is having an environment that is supportive, trusting, validating and compassionate. I am a trauma- informed therapist and I utilize several modalities including dreamwork, mindfulness, internal family systems, body-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy and CBT. My approach is integrative and tailored to the needs of each individual patient. I rely on integrity and commitment to help you create a higher quality of life that resonates with your true self.
