My style is engaging and warm, creating a comfortable space to collaboratively explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and engage in curious internal reflection. In sessions, I strive to ensure individuals feel at ease to be their authentic selves and provide a refreshingly relatable experience in the therapeutic process. My approach is based in attachment theory and trauma-informed. Sessions are tailored to best meet the unique needs and identified goals of each individual including Mindfulness Interventions, Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Person-Centered Therapy.

I specialize in working with young adults and adults who experience anxiety, challenging life transitions, trauma, and relationship/family conflict.

I believe that each individual’s experience is a unique one and seek to facilitate an open and collaborative dialogue to empower, process stressors and navigate each individual’s unique set of experiences. The decision to enter therapy is a courageous one and opens the door to profound self-discovery, healing, and transformative dialogues.
