I specialize in helping you to dive deep in understanding the relationship issues and attachment styles that guide your interactions with those around you. Together we will create actionable practices and insights to transform your relationships in individual, couples, premarital, marriage or family therapy in ways that you didn't know was possible.
I am trained in the Gottman Method, levels 1 and 2 and completed intensive postgraduate training at the Ackerman Institute of the Family, utilizing the Ackerman relational and systems model with couples and families while holding space for intersectional identities, religions, family and sexual histories. I also have couples training in EFT and from the Relational Life Institute (Terry Real).
I am certified in level 1 IFS from the Internal Family Systems Institute. I am certified in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) from the International Society of Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I have done numerous trainings in couples & family therapy, trauma-informed practices, and somatic based approaches.
