I am a former teacher turned school counselor turned pricate practice therapist who loves to work with adolescents and their families.
I received my Social Work degree from the NYU Silver School of Social Work and my MA from Teachers College, Columbia. I received my BA in Urban Studies from Stanford University. My additional training is focused on somatic approaches including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Sessions with me also weave in neuroscience, mindfulness, and psychodynamic theory.
I am especially passionate about working with folks who are exploring their gender and sexuality, their anxiety, and trauma.
I am the parent of two teenagers and live in NYC.
