Arielle Bailkin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New York City, specializing in DBT, CBT, and EMDR for adolescents and adults. She is trained through Behavioral Tech in DBT and has additional training in DBT-A, DBT-PE, DBT-PTSD, DBT for BED and BN, EMDR, and CBT-E.
Arielle takes a neurodiversity-affirming approach and works with a wide range of presentations including ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, chronic illness, and comorbid conditions. She has particular expertise in differential diagnosis and supporting neurodivergent clients who have been misdiagnosed, are navigating multiple diagnoses, or are making sense of a later diagnosis. She also facilitates DBT skills groups and a specialized virtual processing and skills group for postpartum moms with ADHD.
She sees clients in Midtown Manhattan and the Upper East Side, with telehealth available throughout New York State and Florida. She is an out-of-network provider.
