I am a New York State licensed psychotherapist and certified yoga teacher specializing in integrative health and the mind/body connection.
I continue my clinical and yoga training with leaders in both fields, so that I can provide my clients with the most advanced evidence-based services available.
As a former professional performing artist with over a decade in the entertainment industry, I also bring a depth of knowledge to my work with creative and performing artists, and I am the author of A Wellness Handbook for the Performing Artist (Balboa Press, 2014).
As a mental health expert, I am frequently called upon for interviews with the media, and I contribute my own articles to a variety of blogs on emotional health and wellness.
