Alexandra specializes in working with children and teens dealing with anxiety disorders, OCD, and ADHD. Her practice is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), with a focus on helping young people identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthier ways of coping. She is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD through the IOCDF. With younger clients, she often utilizes play-based methods to make therapy feel approachable and engaging. Alexandra also has special interests in supporting student-athletes and Third Culture Kids, drawing from her own background as both a college athlete and someone who grew up overseas. Additionally, she helps children manage grief, illness, and family changes, guiding them through times of life transitions.

Alexandra collaborates closely with schools and other professionals so that children receive consistent care across all domains of their lives. Alongside her private practice, Alexandra serves as the Lower School Counselor at The Windward School, where she support students with language-based learning challenges.
