I’ve been in private practice since 2004, working with adults individually, in couples, and in groups. My style is warm, empathic, and collaborative. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you can be yourself and share freely. You’ll find me listening intently, asking questions, but also allowing for moments of quiet reflection.

My approach is informed by my training in psychoanalysis as well as cognitive behavioral therapies, and I believe that a good therapeutic fit, where you feel truly seen and heard, can be transformative.

Areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, relationships, career, sexuality, gender identity, body image, self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, loss, grief, and chronic illness.

I have particular experience with LGBTQIA+ communities, as well as with writers, designers, and artists in the performing and visual arts. I have extensive experience working with people living with cancer, their caregivers, and specific expertise in breast cancer.
