I specialize in working with people that struggle with anxiety & perfectionism, that have survived trauma, or that find themselves stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns. My approach to therapy is holistic; I utilize a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, parts work, mindfulness, somatic work and EMDR to help client's navigate their healing journey. I have extensive training in trauma treatment as well as attachment-based therapy. I also work with couples and practice from an attachment-based lens, with a specialized focus in non-traditional relationships.
