Art Therapist
Compassion and collaboration are at the center of my practice, and I take an active role in getting to know my clients' ideas and processes. Through a culturally humble, trauma-informed lens, and by attuning to the ways clients really think and feel, I help folks detangle limiting beliefs from genuine wants and needs.
I'm committed to long-term healing with an emphasis on curiosity, self-esteem, and nurturing authentic identity. I welcome working with adults who seek therapy for all kinds of reasons, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, loss, life transitions, and the emotional effects of trauma, complex relationships, and overwhelming emotions.
