I am trained as a Clinical Social Worker/ Therapist who has been in private practice for 20+ years. I work virtually and am licensed to practice with clients in CT, CO, FL, IN, NJ and NY. I spent the first half of my career with a primary focus in the eating disorder community. More currently, I am serving a wider adult clientele with a specialty working with individuals and couples struggling with concerns related to intimate partner betrayal, problematic sexual behavior, compulsive use of pornography and sexual addiction. I have dual Certifications as a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist (CCPS) with APSATS, the Association for Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists and IITAP, the International Institute of Trauma & Addiction Professionals as Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). My approach is client directed, drawing on many techniques including training in CBT and define my style as highly relational and interactive. I am not in network with any 3rd party providers but am happy to provide superbills for clients who have benefits that may allow reimbursement. I am currently accepting new individuals and couples as well as facilitating a support group for women who have been betrayed by their primary partner.
