You may be feeling stuck in patterns that are no longer working—in your relationships, in how you feel about yourself, or in the ways you cope with painful experiences. You may understand these patterns intellectually and still find them difficult to change. I believe healing happens when we can approach these places with curiosity, compassion, and the safety of a trusting therapeutic relationship.

My work is warm, collaborative, and deeply rooted in attachment theory. Together, we will explore the experiences and relationships that have shaped you, tend to emotional wounds, and draw on the strengths and inner resources you already carry. I pay attention not only to your thoughts, but also to your emotions, your body, your relationships, and the patterns that may have been passed through your family and lineage.

I specialize in working with trauma, disordered eating, relationships, couples, and families. I am certified in Sex Therapy through the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy, in Family Constellations through Luisa Muhr, and in couples and family therapy through the Ackerman Institute for the Family. I also have advanced training in Somatic Experiencing (SE), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Whether you come to therapy as an individual, a couple, or a family, I will hold both who you are today and the relationships and experiences that have shaped your story. My hope is to help you feel more connected to yourself and others, more able to move through what has kept you stuck, and freer to create relationships and a life that feel meaningful, fulfilling, and authentically your own.
