Are you struggling with infertility? Thinking about adoption or have already adopted? Have you already started your family but it "just doesn't feel" like you thought it would? There are a lot of excellent therapists out there, and finding the right fit is crucial. Many of my clients are often the experts in their own life but just need someone to show them where to find the answers.

While I have over 20 years of experience working with children and adults with a wide spectrum of mental health and life adjustment issues, I specialize in issues relating to couples and families including pre-partnership/marital counseling, infertility, pre-and post-partum mental health, adoption home studies/post-adoptive family therapy, attachment challenges, and ending relationships in a mindful and more productive manner (especially when there is concern about children).

Building a family and making sure everyone’s needs are being recognized and addressed can be painful no matter how much love there is in a family. I am here to welcome you and your families to my practice. I am currently a director of a post-master’s graduate certificate in children and families and am the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Family Social Work and utilize an eclectic toolbox of therapeutic and compassionate modalities catered to you but built on science.
