Much of my practice is devoted to relationships, the source of our greatest joy as well as our most intense pain. I work with individuals and couples first, by getting out of stuck patterns and, second, by learning and practicing new skills that bring trust, intimacy and creativity back into their lives.

Drawing from cutting-edge developments in psychology, including affect regulation, neuroscience, and attachment theory, I tailor my approach to address your specific needs and goals. As a certified practitioner in Somatic Experiencing and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and with training in Internal Family Systems and EMDR, I offer a comprehensive toolkit to facilitate lasting change.
Beyond my clinical practice, I am recognized as a master clinician and educator, sought after for my expertise in trauma-informed care and somatic psychotherapy. As a faculty member at the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute, the National Institute for the Psychotherapies and the Seton Hall School of Social Work, I am committed to advancing the field through training and education.
