I'm a board certified clinical psychologist with over 18 years of experience working with adults, including active military personnel, veterans, and adolescents who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. My primary practice is located in NYC where I work both in-person and virtually. I'm also licensed to practice in New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Virginia, and Hawii. I offer a number of interventions such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, also referred to as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Mindfulness. Finding a therapist that's a good fit for you may feel like a difficult task. It's important to find someone you're comfortable with and ultimately trust to help you identify and meet your needs and goals. Please don’t hesitate to contact me for an initial free phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
