Our unique identities and lived experiences inform our inner landscapes, allowing us the opportunity to explore the various parts of our authentic selves. Difficult emotions you may be feeling are often signals that highlight the parts of yourself longing for connection and understanding. Together we will listen to those signals, build a safe haven for exploration, and create space for self-expression, openness, and curiosity.

There’s a deep comfort that develops when we feel safe and supported, and this experience can be both healing and transformative. Centering open heartedness and empathy, I embrace a relational, person-centered approach, while utilizing practical tools to best suit your needs. Our focus will be to better understand and feel through your emotions, while making space for non-judgemental change. Every part of you is welcome here. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating a variety of challenges and adjustment difficulties. As we collaborate, we will work towards creating healthy, more authentic ways of living.

I hold a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Manhattan College and have received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness techniques. I have experience working with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, relationship challenges, racial identity, self-esteem, eating disorders, and attachment trauma. I aim to provide culturally sensitive and affirmative care.
