Licensed Creative Art Therapist, LCAT
I am a creative arts therapist working with clients to reduce anxiety, improve relationships, practice self-compassion, and cope with life transitions. I use mindfulness to support clients in expressing emotions, noting patterns, and utilizing inner resources. I often work with clients who have difficulty practicing self care or setting boundaries and creative professionals.
As a Latinx therapist, I also address the impact of culture on personal identity. Together, we will address what is working and what is no longer serving you. Sessions are a space to get to know thought cycles and options to cope. This awareness will then translate outside of therapy sessions.
I previously worked in community mental health, hospital settings, and non-profits. There has been a lot of change in the world! It takes a lot of strength to reach out, and I look forward to creating a space for self-reflection and compassion together.
