Anna is a compassionate, trauma-informed Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP) who is dedicated to helping clients feel safe, seen, and supported. She works with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, work stress, trauma, depression, grief, caregiving, and breakups.
She also has a special interest in the connection between women’s hormonal health and mental health.
Anna takes a collaborative and gentle approach, helping clients make sense of their experiences and become curious about the parts of themselves that may feel stuck, shamed, or at odds with one another. As these parts are understood with greater compassion, clients can feel more connected to themselves, their needs, and what matters most to them, creating space for change. She integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic, somatic, relational, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches into her work.
Anna's background includes caregiving, case management, and crisis advocacy work with survivors of intimate partner, gender-based, and sexual trauma, which guides her thoughtful and sensitive approach to care. Outside of therapy, she enjoys playing piano, musicals, baking, running, and spending time with her cat, Mr. Pickles.
She welcomes you to reach out for a free consultation to see if working together feels like a good fit!
