Do you feel like you’re surviving instead of truly living? Are you carrying trauma, grief, or anxiety that makes it hard to move forward? Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I became a social worker because I wanted to be part of creating something better: spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported. My background includes foster care, reunification, crisis intervention, and medical social work- all experiences that taught me how to hold space for people in their hardest moments and walk alongside them in healing.
In therapy, I specialize in trauma and attachment work, including EMDR, IFS, life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. Somatic techniques are an important part of my practice, helping the body release the pain it has carried for too long. I believe that mental health is deeply connected to our basic needs such as safety and stability, and that trauma is often at the root of suffering. Pain is not a flaw, but a sign of what you’ve had to survive. Together, we can create space for healing, resilience, and empowered choice.
My style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in meeting you exactly where you are. I am here to walk with you in the dark to be a member of your team, working with you to define a life worth living on your terms.
Whether you’re grieving, healing from trauma, navigating change, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, we’ll build tools together to help you move forward with clarity and strength. No therapy jargon, no pathologizing, just real conversations, real relationships, and meaningful change, however that looks for you. I welcome you to the table, whenever you’re ready.
