I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in supporting families through life’s most challenging transitions. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University, with a focus on family systems, and I hold a PMH-C certification in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International’s advanced-training program.

My clinical focus is working with families navigating the NICU experience—whether you're preparing for a known stay, facing an unexpected admission, or adjusting after discharge. This can be an incredibly emotional time, and I’m here to help. I spent several years as a NICU social worker at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC, where I provided emotional support to families facing the multifaceted experience of medically fragile newborns.

I also worked in Mount Sinai’s Prenatal and Pediatric Developmental clinics, helping parents navigate pregnancy and the process of integrating complex medical diagnoses into their evolving family identities.

In private practice, I support hopeful, expectant and new parents navigate the normative stress of this life phase, as well as those experiencing high-stress medical and emotional dynamics. I also work with women and mothers more generally as they navigate relationship dynamics, identity shifts, and the balance between motherhood and career.

I bring to my practice a warm, supportive space where you can process your experiences, build coping skills, and gain confidence in your journey.
