Ash Martin, LCSW is a graduate of Hunter College’s Silberman School of Social Work. She graduated from the National Institute for the Psychotherapies three-year Trauma Treatment Program where she was also certified in EMDR. She provides supervision to social work graduate students and early career therapists, and was a Field Instructor at Blanton Peale Counseling Center and the PROVE veterans program. She holds a B.A. in literary studies and writing from The New School. Ash writes and teaches at the intersection of psychotherapy and poetry, and studies psychoanalysis.
