I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist providing medication management and psychodynamic psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and thoughtful, integrating evidence-based medication treatment with insight-oriented therapy to help you better understand yourself and feel more grounded in your daily life.
