Many of us grapple with understanding who we truly are. Feelings of disconnection, overwhelming emotions, and painful experiences can cloud our sense of self. Together, in the collaborative space we create, we’ll work to help you reconnect with and rediscover your true self. My job as your therapist is to help you find the answers and mirror back what you already know. Together, we can strike a balance between processing difficult emotions or experiences, and using humor and joy to add lightness to what might feel heavy. Using a curious, compassionate, and playful approach, I specialize in working with clients navigating self-esteem, stress, mood shifts, trauma, grief, and relationships. My experience includes working with people of all backgrounds including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ folks, and migrants. I understand the importance of tailoring evidence-based practice to each person.

I enjoy snuggling with my dog, singing, enjoying the outdoors, practicing yoga, or taking another one of Cody Rigsby’s Peloton classes. These activities influence my therapeutic approach, emphasizing the importance of a holistic perspective. I incorporate mindfulness, self-care, and somatic techniques into my practice and firmly believe that laughter is essential to the healing process.

If you’re feeling lost about who you are or where you’re headed, let’s work together to rediscover your sense of self and purpose. Therapy might seem daunting, but the longer we wait, the harder it can become. Why not start now? Your sense of home, resilience, strength, and identity is already within you—let’s unlock it together!
