Before becoming a therapist, I spent years navigating corporate environments in marketing, finance, and tech startups. I understand firsthand the pressure of demanding careers, the stress of professional pivots, and the challenge of balancing personal identity with professional drive.

Because of this, I don't just understand clinical theory—I understand the real-world pressures of burnout, career transitions, relationship strain, and the anxiety of trying to "manage it all." I blend deep clinical expertise with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.

Driven by a passion for deep, meaningful human connection, I transitioned into mental health, earning my Master of Social Work from New York University. My clinical foundation was built in the demanding field of homelessness prevention in NYC—working on the front lines to secure safety, advocate for needs, and manage complex crises. This unique blend of corporate and deep clinical experience allows me to bring a grounded, real-world perspective to our sessions.
