I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor in New York State. As an inclusive therapist, I offer an integrative therapeutic approach depending on your unique needs. My modality is rooted in relational, attachment, and psychodynamic theories, combined with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults. Above all, I find the relationship between therapist and client is what derives the most healing, growth, and change.
